Lynn's Comments: My brother and I used to do this when we travelled with our folks in the car. We got pretty good at it, but not as good as Disney legends, Frank Thomas and Ollie Johnston. They could sing together, backwards, all the lyrics to “Hi-Ho, Hi-Ho, it’s off to work we go.” They had run the tape back and forth so often while animating Snow White, that even the backwards soundtrack was etched into their brains. This was fascinating.

Lynn's Comments: For awhile, we had a fairly large boat. When we decided to sell it, our daughter asked us not to. She wanted to take her friends out on the lake. She invited 5-6 people. When they got back, she was left to clean and store the boat after paying for gas, food and beverages. She was shocked! We sold the boat.

Lynn's Comments: Every November, I tried to say something on the comics page about Remembrance Day. So many of my parents’ friends fought in WW2 that it was both a courtesy to them and a reminder to the rest of us to never forget their sacrifice.
